NWCHCA has combined the tried-and-true principles of Neighborhood Watch with the fast-forward thinking and technology-intensive grass-roots organizing of NWCHCA. Crime wouldn't stand a chance with an active network of neighbors on every block.

Becoming an Neighborhood Watch Block Captain is a great way to serve the community, become better informed and help others in matters of public safety and emergency preparedness. The time commitment is flexible and should not be a burden. Please join in!
